Experienced visual storytellers

Scott Kingsley and David DelPoio both have been engaged in visual storytelling since the early 1980s. Scott most recently served as the Assistant Managing Editor for Photography and Graphics at The Providence Journal. During that time, Scott taught dozens of photographers, writers and editors to conceptualize, produce and edit story-telling video journalism as he led the Journal’s integration of the newspaper staff with projo.com. A veteran of community newspapers, David served as video editor and graphic designer at the Providence Journal.

We believe we have carved out a niche for ourselves specializing in videos for non-profits, and we have chronicled their stories by capturing the spirit of the people at the core of their missions. Especially in the health care and education sectors, we have established relationships with our clients through a creative collaboration with the shared goal of making their message unforgettable. Before filming begins, we establish a clear vision of the client’s needs and decide on the best approach. As our clients attest, we are exceptionally responsive — from site meetings to progress updates, we believe that communication is vital.

We court serendipity, the discovery of unexpected ideas and exciting concepts, during the process of filming and interacting with our subjects. This is the human aspect of our work that is impossible to anticipate but essential to the finished product. Simply, we enjoy our work. And, you will enjoy working with us.
